Mark Proujanski is a seasoned executive and visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. He currently serves as the CEO of the Global Alliance on Sustainability & AI Inc. (GASAI), where he leads initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence with sustainable practices to address global challenges effectively. In addition, Mark is the CEO of IMNEX GROUP, Inc., a boutique consulting firm that specializes in creating customized solutions across the U.S., Eurasian, and African markets. IMNEX areas of expertise include digital transformation, cybersecurity, ecosystem development, government relations, market entry strategies, foreign direct investment, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.

From 2014 to 2018, Mark held the position of Director of Business Development and Trading for the CPC Company, a major stakeholder in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium—the largest international oil transportation project involving leading global oil companies. Before that, he co-founded Imnex International, Inc. in 1991, where he served as President, and worked as the Director of Business Development for Russia at HeidelbergMaterials, one of the world's leading building materials companies. Mark is also dedicated to fostering international collaboration and development. He serves on the board of the America Vietnam Europe Development Alliance and previously chaired the American-Eurasian Chamber of Commerce from 1997 to 2014.
