Helen Teplitskaia is the founder and President of the Global Alliance on Sustainability & AI Inc. (GASAI), a not-for-profit organization established in March 2024. Under her leadership, GASAI is committed to advancing the ethical development of artificial intelligence technologies, with a strong emphasis on protecting human rights, promoting sustainability, preserving the environment, safeguarding jobs, advocating for global peace, and enhancing international economic collaboration.
Since 2022, Teplitskaia has served as Chair and Global Managing Partner at IMNEX GROUP, Inc., a boutique consulting firm that builds upon the rich legacy of IMNEX International, Inc. The firm specializes in crafting bespoke solutions across the U.S., Eurasian, and African markets, focusing on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, ecosystem development, government and public relations, market entry strategies, foreign direct investment, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives.
From 2014 to 2022, Teplitskaia served as an Advisor to the President of Sber, one of the world’s leading financial institutions, serving over 100 million clients across 21 countries. In this influential role, she provided high-level strategic counsel on a wide array of topics, including international trade, investment, business development, and digital transformation. Her expertise was instrumental in the successful integration of advanced technologies within Sber’s ecosystem, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and voice and video analytics.
Before her tenure at Sber, Teplitskaia held several prominent positions, including President of First Iron Group plc, Managing Partner at IMNEX International, and President and Board Member of the Siberian Energy Group, Inc. (SIBN:US). Additionally, she founded and led the American-Eurasian Chamber of Commerce for fifteen years, further demonstrating her commitment to fostering strong transcontinental business relations.
From 1998 to 2011, Teplitskaia made notable contributions to academia as an adjunct and associate professor of international business and markets at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where she earned her MBA with a focus in Investment Banking and Finance.
With over 25 years of experience in transformative technology integration, foreign direct investment, and political interfacing, Teplitskaia is recognized as an expert in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and public-private partnerships. A distinguished authority on Eurasian and European affairs, her analysis and insights have been featured in leading media outlets such as CNN, Fox Business News, BBC, Bloomberg, and The New York Times. In June 2024, she was recognized as a top cyber expert and featured on the cover of the Top Cyber News Magazine.
Teplitskaia is frequently invited to share her expertise at major international conferences organized by esteemed institutions, including the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Council of Europe, the OECD, Harvard University, Stanford University, and the World Economic Forum Davos Caspian Week, where she advocates for responsible technological innovation and sustainable economic development.
